Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at CGI Federal. We are seeking an Analyst 2 to support operations in our Ft. Leavenworth, KS location.

Position Summary:

Provide knowledge management functions such as data storage and retrieval, database development, and website development. Conduct secondary source research using both classified and unclassified systems.


• Expertise in Knowledge Management to include data collection, storage, and retrieval.
• Experience with creating and managing databases.
• Competent using SharePoint and website design.
• Competent in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience in understanding of applied research methods and expert knowledge of how to configure research projects to answer questions related to practical matters.

Conditions of Employment:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance based on an SBI with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
Performs temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 10% of the time.

Required Skills:

1. Knowledgeable of social scientist disciplines.
2. Expert data collection, storage, and retrieval.
3. Competent using MS SharePoint.
4. Competent in web design.
5. Experience with quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods.
6. Competent in secondary source research methods.

Full Performance: Work at this level involves independently performing the full range of non-supervisory duties. Candidates at this level have successfully completed required entry-level training or developmental activities within their employment history. Candidates at this work level have a full understanding of the technical or specialty field, independently handle situations or assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision, and receive general guidance and direction on new projects or assignments. Within established priorities and deadlines, full performance candidates exercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing their duties and responsibilities. Actions at this level may have impact beyond the work unit and, as a result, candidates at this level typically collaborate internally and externally with their peers.

Education/Experience Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
Combination of education and experience, that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to the field.
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to the field.
